Pre Core is a caffeinated pre-workout powder for the period before training. Its formula combines amino acids with vitamins, minerals and a botanical blend.
Recommended usage
- Mix 1 scoop (10 g) with 200 ml water.
- Use 20–30 minutes before your workout, following the pack’s suitability information. Avoid combining with other caffeinated pre-workouts.
