1. AMINATOR- its like an  anytime drink which helps you recover or muscle  with all that 9 necessary amino acids. I do take it once during my work hours & one serving during workout.
  2. WHEY-X – its the basic whey form i usually take . Reason being the taste of it.
  3. PROFUSION – being an vegetarian isnt easy , you still need your protein. to completethose protein requirement i add up profusion .
