10 Healthy Reasons to Use Whey Protein

Whey protein has for years been used as a dietary supplement by sportsmen and body builders. Derived from whey, a liquid by-product of cheese making, it has in recent times, attracted greater interest from ordinary consumers and the main stream medical profession.
